How your site starts
There's no setup questionnaire for tree services. You build the pages in the editor, on your design.
- 1 Sign up with your name, email, phone and business name, then confirm your email.
- 2 Press Set up site and choose one of the tree service designs. Open its design sample first if you like.
- 3 Press Open the editor. There's no questionnaire for tree services, so you start from a blank page set: add each page, place your design's sections and fill them in.
- 4 Press Pay and go live, accept the agreements, and pay the $50 a month by card.
- 5 Publish, then turn on Let search engines find this site. A new site starts hidden from search.
You can switch designs until the site has pages. After launch, a design change goes through support.

Questions
Anything else, email support@locally360.app. We reply within three business days.
Can I send a written estimate for a tree removal?
No. Locally 360 has no estimate documents. The homeowner asks through the quote form on your site, the request reaches your lead inbox and your email, and you price the job your own way. When the work is done, you invoice it here.
Can I take a deposit before a big removal?
No. An invoice is paid in full, by card in the customer portal, or you mark it as paid for cash or check. Deposits and partial payments aren't supported.
Can my site say we take storm calls?
Yes. Every design has an emergency callout with a heading, a line and a button. StormReady and Understory add where you are right now and a response time for each area. There's no 24/7 switch, so you write only what's true.
Where do my arborist certification and insurance go?
In the credentials section, which every design has: each licence or certificate, named as issued, with who issued it. The team section has a line for each person, too.
Does the crew get the address and the job notes?
Yes. When you mark a job as dispatched, every crew member with an email gets the customer's name, phone, address and the job notes. Nobody on a crew needs a login.
