It depends on how you sign up. Nothing is charged before you accept the agreements.

Which designs you can choose
Signing up yourself	At setup, choose your trade from the Your trade menu, or any other trade listed, and pick a design from it.
With one of our agents	Your account is set to your trade, so you choose among that trade's designs.
Your trade has no page here	You can still sign up yourself and choose any of these designs.
Your first pages	Landscaping and lawn care, and pressure washing designs come with a setup questionnaire that writes them. The others start from a blank page set in the editor.
Changing your mind	You can switch designs until the site has pages. After launch, a design change goes through support.
