When someone sends a quote request from your website, Locally 360 emails you and files it in your lead inbox. Read it there, contact the customer by phone or a new email, then press Mark handled.
Steps
- Open the email New inquiry from and the customer’s name, and press Open lead inbox. Or open Lead inbox in the sidebar.
- Read the inquiry. It shows the form it came from and every field the customer filled in.
- Call the customer, or write to them in a new email. Don’t press Reply on the alert email: it goes to Locally 360 support, not to your customer.
- Press Mark handled. Or press Archive to file it away.
What happens next
The inquiry stays in your lead inbox under the month it came in, with its status. Your monthly report counts your inquiries this month against last month.
Questions
Can I reply from the app?
No. You reply by phone or from your own email. The lead inbox keeps each inquiry and its status.
Who gets the inquiry email?
The account's owners. The email can't be switched off, so no inquiry slips past.
What about spam?
Every form on your site has built-in spam filtering: a hidden trap field, a minimum fill time and a limit per visitor.
