Restore an older version of a page

Last updated

To undo changes to a page in Locally 360, open the page in the editor, press Restore on an older version under Version history, confirm, then press Publish. Each page keeps its newest 3 saved versions, plus the one that’s live.

Steps

  1. Open Edit content and choose the page.
  2. Find Version history. The newest version is marked Current.
  3. Press Restore beside the version you want.
  4. In Restore this version?, press Restore. Unsaved edits on any page are discarded, so save first if you need them.
  5. Press Publish to take it live.

What happens next

The old version is copied back as the newest version of the page. Nothing in the history is overwritten, so you can restore again if you picked the wrong one.

Questions

Is version history a backup of my site?

No. It keeps recent saved versions of each page, so you can undo a change. It isn't a backup of the whole site.

Can I bring back a page I deleted?

No. Deleting a page deletes every saved version of it, and it can't be undone.
